The Tial wastegate uses a High temp NiCrFe-based alloy for its tial wastegate valve and 347SS for the valve housing. These materials offer longer product life compared to competing designs.
High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.
The Tial Wastegate uses 17-7PH stainless steel for their wastegate's actuator spring. This metal gives constant, reliable tension despite the high temperatures inheirant in high performance exhaust components.
Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat and valve bushing.
Tial 44mm Wastegates use only the finest stainless steel hardware.
Inlet and outlet mating weld flanges included and are 304L
Color anodized aluminum actuator (Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, Black).
Tial Wastegates are shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware.
Required flanges are included!
