Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Some of the product information and description are directly translated or supplied from the original suppliers and manufactures. Some illustrations are for reference use only.

Order Policy
All orders placed with Tune A Car (phone, fax, mail, & e-mail) constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed on Tune A Car Price List, Tune A Car Wholesale Terms & Conditions and all conditions listed by Tune A Car. All parts shall remain the property of Tune A Car until paid for in full. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Please allow at least 4 business working days for postal orders and cheques to clear. Payments must be received by Tune A Car before any shipments or deliveries are made.
All (personalised/specialised) orders must be paid for in advance at the time of order. All orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible - however, Tune A Car will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control.
Any refused shipments/orders/deliveries and other like related services sent back to Tune A Car does not constitute the right to a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Tune A Car for refused shipments/orders/deliveries. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment/order and a 25% restocking fee on all products shipped. All special orders require a full payment in advance, unless otherwise stated by the sales person, if there is any cancellation by the buyer for whatever reason(s), Tune A Car has a right to refund only 50% of the value of the product(s), this also includes any freight/delivery charges related to that particular order. Tune A Car shall not be responsible for any late shipments/deliveries. All shipping/delivery dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.

Tune A Car shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Tune A Car business. Body Kit/ Aero-Dynamics: Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyer also understands that Tune A Car is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your aero parts) or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc... Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges the Buyer. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop/ technician install and paint any body kit (aero components) for factory or show quality look. Not all body
shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for!

Tune A Car does not do any installations.

Returns
All returns will be allowed only within 7 calendar days (including weekends and bank holidays, as we are open during these days throughout the year) of receiving the goods. All authorised return goods must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No refund on goods that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Special Orders, Custom Made Orders, and all Electrical or Mechanical parts are not returnable.

RETURN AUTHORISATION must be issued before any refunds can be made. We will not accept any items without prior notification. Please call us to make arrangements, and to specify the reason for the return. Upon receiving this information, we will contact you with instructions. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and return them, the return must be received by Tune A Car within 5 working days after authorisation has been given.
Returns must be sent freight (delivery) prepaid and insured by you, the customer,. A refund will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Tune A Car.
Original shipping, handling charges and banking charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact telephone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Making Shortage Claim
Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. Tune A Car cannot initiate any claims with the carrier (delivery company).

Warranty
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All goods sold by Tune A Car is only subject to one year manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise stated) and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of goods. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labour or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, wipers and engine parts. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims. All products that are supplied by Tune A Car go through a full check over before despatch. Tune A Car will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle. Tune A Car does engage in selling after-market items and the Buyer does understand the consequences for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Tune A Car is not held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts.

Law and Jurisdiction
The purchase of any goods from Tune A Car is governed by English Law. If you (the customer) place an order with Tune A Car without reading these terms and conditions, you are automatically bound to these terms and conditions with our company. By reading, accepting or placing an order with Tune A Car, you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Due to the fact that these are competition parts we all love and want to use, high stress is put on everyday driven factory vehicles and race vehicles.

We hope you understand that we do not claim any competition part(s) to be street legal, smog legal, emission free, or worry free as some manufacturers claim their product to be.
